What to expect

Risks and what we tell you honestly
this is an area with a lot of unserious marketing, so we prefer to be very clear. Suspensory ligament release increases length in flaccidity, not in erection, and its effect is limited: anyone promising otherwise is not telling the truth. Girth augmentation with fat resorbs partially and unpredictably and can leave irregularities, so a second stage is often needed. And something else we will tell you: published evidence in this area is more limited than in other surgeries, so we will not quote figures that do not exist.
Beyond aesthetics
in buried penis and symptomatic redundant scrotum the benefit is clearly functional: it improves hygiene, urination, comfort when walking and sexual activity. Buried penis after significant weight loss is a functional indication, not an aesthetic one, and it has a solution.
