Dermatology Consultation in Mexico City
Here we do not just treat how your skin looks, we diagnose what is happening to it.
What it is
it is the medical consultation for your skin, hair and nails. Unlike an aesthetic assessment, the goal here is to diagnose: to understand the cause of what is happening before treating it. Often, the reason an aesthetic treatment did not work is that a diagnosis was missing.
What it includes, in detail
- Medical history and skin examination.
- Diagnosis of acne, rosacea, melasma and pigmentation, dermatitis, psoriasis, hair loss and other conditions.
- Review of moles and lesions, with dermoscopy when applicable, to rule out what must be ruled out.
- Medical treatment plan and, when appropriate, indication of complementary aesthetic treatments.
- Design of your at-home care routine, with products that genuinely help you.
Who it’s for
anyone with a skin condition that will not resolve, persistent spots or acne, hair loss, or simply anyone who wants a mole check and a serious care plan.
What it is NOT
it is not an aesthetic consultation. If you are looking for rejuvenation or contouring, the aesthetic medicine consultation is your starting point, although often it is worth doing both.
What to expect
- 01
a clear diagnosis, explained in understandable words, and a concrete treatment plan with realistic timelines.
Our commitment
there is one protocol we do not negotiate: before treating any spot or pigmented lesion with laser, we examine it to rule out anything that requires different management. Safety comes before aesthetics, always.
Myth vs reality
Myth
“A dermatologist is only for serious skin diseases.”
Reality
they are also the one who gives you the correct diagnosis of your acne, your melasma or your hair loss, and who designs the routine that actually works. Many aesthetic frustrations are resolved by starting here.
