What it is and how it works
hair mesotherapy is microinjections into the scalp of medications that slow hair loss (such as minoxidil or dutasteride) or of vitamins and actives, applied right where the follicle is. By placing it locally, more medication reaches the hair and the exposure of the rest of your body drops, so it gives fewer general side effects than taking it as a pill.

Risks and what we tell you honestly
the most common is a little pain or redness in the area. And we tell you plainly: studies show that dutasteride mesotherapy is less potent than dutasteride in pill form. Its advantage is that it is safer for the rest of the body and a great option for those who do not want to take an oral medication, but it is not stronger than the systemic treatment. It does not reverse advanced baldness. Reality
no. It strengthens and densifies the follicle that still exists and slows loss, with its best effect in early stages. Where there is no follicle left, it does not create a new one, and in that case we will tell you honestly in your consultation, along with the options that do apply to your case.
