What it is and how it works
Zaffiro does two things in one session. First, a hydroexfoliation phase that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it ready to absorb better. Then the thermolifting: infrared light that heats the dermis gradually and controllably up to about 65 degrees, while a sapphire tip cools and protects the surface. That heat immediately contracts collagen and elastin fibers, and activates your fibroblasts to produce new collagen in the following weeks.

Risks and what we tell you honestly
it is very well tolerated. Honestly: the tightening is subtle, not a facelift, so on very lax skin it will not give the change you expect.
