What it is and how it works
HarmonyCa combines two things in a single syringe. On one hand, hyaluronic acid, which provides support and an immediate lifting effect when placed deeply, near the ligaments that hold up your face. On the other, calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres, which stimulate your fibroblasts to produce new collagen as they resorb. In other words, you see the change immediately from the hyaluronic acid, and that result is sustained and improved by your own collagen.

Who it’s not for
we do not use it with active infection or lesion in the area, keloid or granuloma tendency, active autoimmune disease, or in pregnancy or breastfeeding. If your laxity is already advanced, we will tell you honestly: the path is surgical.
What to expect

Risks and what we tell you honestly
common effects are bruising, swelling and, less frequently, nodules. An important point you should know: the hyaluronic acid part can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, but the calcium hydroxylapatite part cannot, so it is not fully reversible.
