Dermal Fillers in Mexico City
A single molecule of hyaluronic acid can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water. That is why it does not only restore volume: it hydrates the skin from within.
What it is and how it works
hyaluronic acid is a molecule your own skin already produces, and its role is to attract and retain water. We use it as a stabilized gel so it lasts. Placed under your skin, it takes up space and restores volume and structure instantly, and hydrates the area. Depending on its density, we use it for deep support, such as cheeks or jaw, or for fine work, such as the lips. And there is something that sets it apart from other fillers: beyond adding volume, it hydrates, because hyaluronic acid attracts and retains water in the tissue where it is placed.
What it treats, in detail
Lips
Volume, border definition and hydration, aiming for a natural, proportionate result.
Cheeks and midface
Restores the support lost over the years and repositions the face.
Chin and jawline
Defines and balances the profile, highly requested in harmonization.
- Nasolabial and marionette folds, temples and back of the hands. It is the foundation of what we call facial harmonization.
Who it’s for
anyone wanting to restore lost volume or define a feature immediately and naturally, in a single session, who values that it is reversible and adjustable.
Who it’s not for
we do not place it with active infection or lesion in the area, known allergy, or a tendency to form granulomas. In pregnancy and breastfeeding we postpone it as a precaution. And we will be honest: if your main concern is laxity or skin quality rather than lost volume, a biostimulator or energy-based tightening is a better starting point.
What to expect
- 01
the result is immediate and we adjust it in the same session.
- 02
We place it with a needle or cannula, almost always with lidocaine in the gel for your comfort.
- 03
It lasts 6 to 18 months depending on the product, area and metabolism.
- 04
Some bruising and swelling that settles within a few days is normal; we will ask you to avoid heat and intense exercise for the first 24 to 48 hours.
Risks and what we tell you honestly
let us start with two things we do NOT do, and why. We do not place filler in the under-eye area: it is a region with delicate anatomy, a high tendency to retain fluid, and results that frequently disappoint or complicate. And we do not perform non-surgical nose reshaping with filler, because the nose is one of the highest-risk areas for serious vascular complications, including loss of vision. If what bothers you is the shape of your nose, the right answer is a rhinoplasty consultation, which resolves it once, rather than a treatment that must be repeated for life in a high-risk area. As for the rest: common effects are mild, a bruise, swelling or some asymmetry we correct. The serious but rare risk is vascular occlusion: the material entering or compressing an artery, which can damage skin and, in exceptional cases, vision. That is why who injects you matters so much: a physician who masters the anatomy, uses safe technique, and keeps hyaluronidase ready to act within minutes, which reverses most cases if treated in time. It is temporary, and we will always recommend a gradual, natural approach. Genuine, sealed brands.
Myth vs reality
Myth
“Fillers deform the face and look fake.”
Reality
what looks deformed is almost always too much product or poor placement, not well-done filler. Applied with judgment and in the right layers, the result is natural, and if you dislike it, it dissolves. The “duck lips” or puffy look are not the standard, they are poor work.
